PROJECT

The client requested the integration of in-out spaces on a 3600m2 plot. The family is the center point of the design and the villa was developed with a focus on family activities. All spaces are connected but with the required privacy. The 3 main volumes block the view from the street and neighbors, focusing on the interior of the plot, where the water fixtures and garden are integrated to the house.
The villa consists of a Basement where all services are located, Ground Floor with social and family areas, First Floor for private family areas, and recreational areas in the Penthouse with roof garden.
